User Managed Content - Task Lists and User Contributions
You may be permitted to post materials or information (including but not limited to resumes, personal information, graphics, images, opinions, comments, questions, product feedback, audio and music recordings) to certain areas of the Website ("Task Lists"). By using these areas of the Site and posting or submitting such User Submissions to PAWECO for posting, you acknowledge and agree that all User Submissions will be publicly available to any viewer of the Site, provided they are in possession of the link to the Projoodle Project. You further acknowledge and agree that PAWECO shall have no responsibility, liability or obligation to you with respect to the Content, your protection, use or misuse thereof in any manner by any entity, including but not limited to PAWECO itself. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that User Content is exempt from the application of PAWECO's Privacy Policy and PAWECO has no obligation to protect the privacy of users.
Monitoring of User Submissions
PAWECO does not pre-screen or have any obligation to monitor User Submissions. However, you acknowledge and agree that PAWECO, in its sole discretion, has the right to monitor the Site and to refuse to post, edit, move or remove, in whole or in part, any User Submission that PAWECO, in its sole discretion, deems unacceptable, undesirable, inappropriate or in violation of these Terms of Use. PAWECO may also disclose any information it deems necessary or appropriate to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate the Site properly, to protect PAWECO, its customers or users of the Site. User Behaviour
By posting User Contributions on the Website, you agree to the following conduct guidelines and warrant that:

- You will not share serial numbers, activation keys, "cracks" or other information that is used for software piracy or unlicensed use of software.
- You will not share threatening, harassing, abusive, defamatory or offensive text about other users.
- You will not share, upload, transmit or distribute content or post links to third-party websites that contain software viruses or other code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, alter or limit the functionality of another computer, the Software or the Website.
Licence to use user contributions
By submitting User Contributions for posting on the Website, you grant PAWECO a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, display, modify, distribute and create derivative works based on the User Contributions (in any format) for any purpose. You also hereby authorise any third party who lawfully accesses the User Submissions through the Site to electronically copy or print hard copies of the User Submissions, or any portion thereof, solely for internal reference purposes within such third party's organisation.
Links in User Contributions
If your Content contains links to Internet sites, you are deemed to grant PAWECO, to the extent you are able, a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, non-exclusive right to display the published links for as long as the User Content is available on the Site. Violations of the Terms of Use

General
Use of this website is governed by the laws of Switzerland. Users agree that any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to the use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the federal courts of Switzerland, without regard to choice of law or conflict of laws provisions. PAWECO's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
